Keeping your existing number?
To keep your existing number/s you'll need to request your PAC code (Port Authorisation Code) from your current provider before placing your order. Any problems with getting your PAC code should be reported to Ofcom.
Sole Trader
The following information is required for the credit checking process with Equifax.
Requirements
1. Business owners details
- Full Name
Please ensure both the full first and surname are entered.
- D.O.B
Full date of birth of the business owner is required.
The full residential address of the business owner must be entered.
Length of time at address
- 3 years or more at this address
Just the business owners current residential address details are required
- Less than 3 years at this address
If the business owner has been at the residential address for less than 3 years previous address details must be added.
3. Billing/Delivery Address
- For security reasons O2 can only deliver to the billing/trading address.
- If the company has been trading for under 1 year a member of O2's Customer Service team may be in contact for further information.
Limited Company
Limited Companies need to provide the following information for the credit checking process with Experian.
Requirements
Please ensure the company number, and address match those held with Companies House.
- Registered company name
This is the full name registered with Companies House.
- Registered company number
Enter the registered number matching the registered company address. This can be checked at Companies House.
- Registered company address
The full registered address with Companies House.
Details of registered company directors are required as follows.
Number of Directors
- 1 or 2 Registered Directors
Each current registered directors' full name.
- 3 or more Registered Directors
Just the registered company address and registered number are required.
If your company has 1 or 2 registered directors, full address details are required.
Length of time at address
- More than 3 years at this address
Just the current residential address details required.
- Less than 3 years at this address
If the registered director has been at the residential address for less than 3 years, previous address details must be added.
4. Registered Directors' Details
- Date of Birth
Full date of birth of the registered company director is required, this must be correct for credit checking purposes.
- If the company has been trading for under 1 year a member of O2's Customer Service team may be in touch for further information.
6. Billing/Delivery Address
- For security reasons orders will be sent to your billing address.
